We were on cloud wine last night as we welcomed over 60 guests to our first cheese and wine night. Un-brie-lievable current temperatures meant a late decision was made to enjoy the evening’s entertainment al fresco, as we kicked off with a refreshing glass of chilled champagne before our wine connoisseurs enjoyed a glass of white and rounded off their trip with a selection of red wines.
Our warmest thankyous are extended to Alan and Julie who worked tirelessly from morning until after midnight to ensure the evening ran flawlessly and also to Alan who handled a very busy bar like a seasoned pro.
All proceeds from this wonderful evening will be directly reinvested back into the club towards our ambitious clubhouse rebuild programme.
